Chigee.com.au uses Australian Dollars (AUD) as the base currency. Prices shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) or other currencies are approximate and may fluctuate depending on the latest exchange rates. The final payment amount will be calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD) at checkout.

Q1: How can I change my payment method?

If you have an unpaid order and would like to change your payment method:

  1. Sign in to your account

  2. Click “My Orders”

  3. Select the unpaid order

  4. Click “Edit Order”, choose a new payment method and proceed to checkout

Q2: Can I use more than one discount code per order?

No — only one promotional or coupon code can be applied per order. If you have multiple codes, save the others for your next purchase.


Q3: Why did my credit or debit card payment fail?

Common reasons include:

  1. Incorrect or incomplete card details

  2. Insufficient funds or credit limit

  3. Card not authorised for international or online purchases

  4. Bank-imposed transaction limits

  5. Temporary technical issues

What to do:

  • Double-check your details

  • Try a different card or payment method

  • Contact your bank for assistance

  • If problems persist, we recommend using PayPal for a fast, secure transaction


Q4: What’s your coupon policy?

  • Enter your coupon code at checkout and click “Apply”

  • Ensure the code is entered exactly as received (no spaces)

  • Only one coupon per order is permitted

  • Some exclusions may apply and not all items are eligible for discounts
