At CHIGEE, we stand by the quality of our products. If your item experiences a performance failure due to a manufacturing defect (excluding accidental or intentional damage) within 1 year of purchase, we’ll provide a free replacement. All shipping costs for the replacement will be covered by CHIGEE.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Please note:
- Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or modification are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns for change of mind are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is brand new and unopened.
- It must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Photo evidence will be required to verify the item’s condition before the return can be approved.
- Please do not send returns to the original shipping address. Contact us first at sales@chigee.com.au for instructions.
- If a product needs to be replaced due to a manufacturing fault, CHIGEE will cover both outgoing and return shipping.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at sales@chigee.com.au. We’ll assess the issue promptly and, depending on the situation, will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are always processed back to the original method of payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect refunds to a different payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- For return-related refunds, processing will occur within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank.

Purchases via Authorised Dealers
If your item was purchased through an authorised CHIGEE dealer, please contact the dealer directly for warranty or service support. They may have their own policies in place.
